Identity and Access Management (IAM) - DRC260021

The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (ODRC) is seeking a comprehensive Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution to enhance security and streamline access control within the department's existing infrastructure. The solution must provide multifactor authentication, Single Sign-On functionality, and automated rotation of passwords. The vendor will be expected to deliver a secure, scalable, and cost-effective solution that supports ODRC's operational, security, and compliance needs. Key features of the solution include: * Deployable as an on-premises hosted system within the existing virtualized environment * Compliance with the Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy * Support for multiple authentication methods, including badge, PIN, password, facial recognition, and fingerprint biometrics * Single Sign-On functionality for various applications and systems * Automated rotation of Active Directory and application passwords * Integration with current cybersecurity standards, such as FedRAMP and NIST The selected vendor will be required to provide a Proof of Concept (POC) and participate in negotiations with ODRC. The contract term will be from the award date through June 30, 2027, with the possibility of renewal for up to four years.
