Description
The City of Fort Morgan is seeking bids for the purchase of a new Golf Course Fairway Mower for the Quail Dunes Golf Course. The mower must meet certain specifications, including being EPA Tier 4 emission compliant, having a minimum 7.5 mph mow speed, and a minimum 100” cutting width. The bid must include the cost of the mower, attachments, warranty, manuals, parts, freight, packaging, delivery, and discounts. The city reserves the right to reject any bids that do not comply with the instructions outlined in the bid invitation.
Key features of the job include:
• The mower must be new, minimum full grade commercial or better
• The mower must have a minimum 5” reels and a minimum 36 hp diesel engine
• The mower must have a canopy, wireless hour meter, hardened bedknives, and rear roller brushes
• The bidder must have a certified mobile service tech on staff and within 80 miles of the golf course
• The bid must include a copy of the factory standard warranty policy and any extended warranty policies available
• The bid must include original manufacturer's brochures and specification sheet(s) for the new mower
