The contract covers a two‑year initial term with up to three optional one‑year renewals, offering options for 100, 250, 500 or 750 copies per year. Required specifications include a 7½” × 10” trim size, recycled paper, a green or white Lexotone cover with gold foil stamping, black‑ink printing, and individual banded binding.
