Description
The City of Fall River is soliciting bids for electrical services for its Facilities Operations Department. The contract will cover the remainder of the current fiscal year and includes options for two additional one-year contracts. Bidders must submit sealed bids by May 21, 2026, at 2:00pm. The bids will be opened and results made public. All bid prices must remain firm following the bid opening. Questions concerning the bid solicitation must be submitted in writing via email by May 19, 2026.
• The contract is subject to Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates.
• A bid bond of 5% of the total bid value is required.
• A payment bond of 50% is required.
• The City of Fall River reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
• Any deviation from the specifications must be clearly outlined and explained in detail.
