Description
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Operational Logistics Command (LOG-94) is seeking a contractor to provide one PAM or MIL Van Mobilizer for loading of Recompression Chambers onto USCG C-130 Aircraft for deployments that require level I, II, or III Chamber coverage in remote Hawaiian area of responsibility and for movement at ground level. The contractor shall provide the mobilizer as per the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The solicitation is unrestricted, and the associated NAICS code is 333924. The type of contract is a Firm Fixed Price.
• The contractor shall provide a technical proposal that includes pictures and/or drawings detailing the specifications and approach of the item being offered.
• The contractor shall provide a signed solicitation and any modifications.
• The contractor shall provide point of contact information, including name, telephone number, and address.
• The contractor shall provide their company's UEI Number.
