Procurement and Delivery of Heating Fuel for the Weather Service Office in McGrath, Alaska

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking a contractor to provide heating fuel for the Weather Service Office in McGrath, Alaska. The contract will be for a base year and four option years, with a period of performance from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2031. The contractor will be responsible for purchasing and delivering heating fuel to one National Weather Service housing unit in McGrath. The estimated gallons per year for this location is 3,165 gallons. The rate per gallon shall include Oil Spill Liability Trust Fund Tax (OLST) and Leaking Underground Storage Tanks Tax (LUST). The contractor will be required to submit invoices after each delivery, and these invoices are due within 72 hours. • The contract period is for 12 months from the date of award and will be for automatic deliveries. • The estimated gallons per year for this location is 3,165 gallons per year. • The rate per gallon shall include Oil Spill Liability Trust Fund Tax (OLST) and Leaking Underground Storage Tanks Tax (LUST). • The contractor will be required to submit invoices after each delivery, and these invoices are due within 72 hours. • The contractor must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for the award.
