Saint Louis Zoo Guest Feedback Study 2025

• Project seeks vendor to conduct annual guest feedback study at Saint Louis Zoo from March-October 2025 • Key responsibilities: 1. Conduct 1,100 exit interviews with zoo guests (12-15 minutes each) 2. Provide 2-3 dedicated interviewers achieving 2.0-2.5 interviews per hour 3. Process and analyze data monthly 4. Deliver monthly topline reports and final comprehensive report by Dec 19, 2025 • Schedule: - Data collection: March-October 2025 - Monthly reporting: April-September 2025 - Final analysis/report: November-December 2025 • Selection criteria weights: - Scope of Work (25%) - Pricing (20%) - Previous experience (20%) - Ability to start/timeline (20%) - Supplier Diversity (5%) - Tax Base/Geography (5%) - References (5%) • Contract may be extended up to 5 years by mutual agreement • Must complete Supplier Diversity Utilization Statement; goals are 25% MBE and 5% WBE participation
