Preventative Maintenance and Repairs to North Campus Boilers

The City College of New York is seeking a qualified contractor to provide preventative maintenance and repair services for the North Campus boilers on a time and material basis. The contract term is expected to be three years with an option to renew for an additional two years. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the work. The contractor must comply with New York State prevailing wage rates and provide certified monthly payroll transcripts. • The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on October 30, 2025. • The contractor must submit a bid price breakdown schedule with their bid. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must pay prevailing wages and supplemental benefits to their employees. • The contractor must post the prevailing wage schedule at the work site and inform employees of the posting.
