Promotional Items and Apparel

The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA) is seeking a vendor to provide promotional items and apparel with the Metro logo or artwork. The vendor will be required to provide a wide range of custom graphics promotional products, including online ordering options, vendor-managed inventory, and reporting capabilities. The contract will be for an indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity. The vendor will be responsible for providing timely and accurate technical advice and sales support to Metro staff. Some of the key products that will be required include t-shirts, hooded sweatshirts, tote bags, water bottles, and pens. The vendor will also be required to provide a web-based order platform for authorized users. • The contract will be for a period of time to be determined by SORTA. • The vendor will be required to provide a pricing methodology that ensures Metro is always getting the best price. • The vendor will be responsible for all payment collection and fulfillment. • The vendor will be required to provide a sample of requested products prior to order placement. • The vendor will be responsible for coordinating necessary embroidery when required. • The vendor will be required to provide electronic submissions of proofs. • The vendor will be responsible for performing graphic work as needed.
