Budget estimate

$150,000 – $300,000

The solicitation does not disclose a fee ceiling, but similar municipal classification and compensation studies for a city of Cary’s size (≈1,300 employees) typically range from $150,000 to $300,000 depending on the depth of market analysis, survey administration, and implementation support. Factors influencing the final amount include the number of job families examined, the extent of custom salary surveying, travel costs for on‑site interviews, and the one‑year post‑implementation support clause.
