SUNY Upstate Medical University is seeking bids from responsible and responsive vendors to provide NextSeq 1000 Sequencing System and Related Products, equal to or exceeding the attached specifications, in a hospital setting. The successful contractor shall be required to complete and submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Public Officers Law, NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, and New York State’s Tax Law Section 5-a. The contractor will also be required to submit valid and current NYS Workman’s Compensation and Disability Forms. • The procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law. • The contract term is a single procurement. • The county for this opportunity is Onondaga. • There are no business entities awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years.
