Amerex 600K Halon Fire Extinguisher Service

The US Air Force is seeking potential sources for the service of 17 Amerex 600K wheeled Halon Fire Extinguishers utilized on the flightline for fire safety at McEntire Joint National Guard Base in Eastover, SC. The service would require the removal of the existing Halon in each fire extinguisher, completion of required hydrostatic testing, and refilling of each extinguisher to the required/rated volume of Halon. • The service is for planning purposes only, and all interested parties are encouraged to respond. • Interested concerns must provide a notice stating their positive intention to submit a proposal as a prime contractor, along with a supporting capability statement. • Responses must be sent via email to both David Viers and Devin Kimsey, with the subject line "Sources Sought: Amerex 600K Fire Extinguisher Service".
