6515--Intent to Sole source -Olympus Urology Scope Lease

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 12) Great Lakes Acquisition Center anticipates entering a single source procurement with OLYMPUS AMERICA INC. for its Olympus Urology scopes. This acquisition is conducted under FAR 8.405-6(b). Other entities may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement no later than 12/31/2025 at 12:00 p.m. CST. • The contract is for the lease of Olympus Urology scopes, including maintenance and support services. • The contract will be for a base year plus two option years. • The scopes will be used by the Oscar G. Johnson VA Veterans Hospital in Iron Mountain, Michigan. • The procurement is being conducted under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(b). • The contract will include a lease agreement for the scopes and maintenance services. • The contract will also include training and support services for the hospital staff. • The procurement is being conducted as a sole source procurement, with OLYMPUS AMERICA INC. being the only vendor considered.
