Aeromedical Evacuation (AME) Support in the region of Palau

The Contractor must supply all aircrew, ground personnel, aircraft, supplies, and ancillary support to perform ad‑hoc fixed‑wing airlift services between Palau International Airport (ROR), Peleliu Airfield, and Guam, and be prepared to provide MEDEVAC/CASEVAC capabilities on a 24/7 basis. The contractor must hold CARB certification and submit a cost proposal for either 6‑month or 12‑month support periods. • Provide fixed‑wing aircraft, crew, and support equipment for routine and emergency transport missions. • Offer continuous (24 hr/7 day) availability for medical evacuation (MEDEVAC) and casualty evacuation (CASEVAC). • Must be CARB certified and submit a rough order of magnitude cost estimate for 6‑month and 12‑month support. • Services include ad‑hoc flights between Palau and Guam, covering both passenger and medical evacuation needs. • Responses are to be emailed directly to the point of contact with required documentation.
