Description
The US Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking information on support services for Previously Acquired Oracle Licenses (PALs). The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to conduct market research and obtain a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) for maintaining legacy Oracle software assets. The Government is interested in understanding both Oracle-provided and independent third-party support options available in the marketplace for sustaining these licenses over time.
• The RFI includes a list of specific Oracle software products, including Oracle Database Enterprise Edition, Diagnostics Pack, and Weblogic Suite.
• Offerors are encouraged to respond if they can provide commercially supported maintenance services for Oracle software.
• The Government is seeking information on support services that may include technical support, break/fix support, security updates, and operational guidance.
