Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane is seeking a firm fixed price, commercial, sole source brand name procurement for the acquisition of EOTECH, LLC HOLOGRAPHIC SIGHT HWS EXPS3 HD. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source only, EOTECH LLC. The requirement is for 430 units of the HWS EXPS3 HD, with a required delivery schedule of within 120 days after the date of the contract. The Government will evaluate quotes based on technical acceptance factors, including delivery and past performance, and will award the contract to the lowest priced vendor that meets the technical acceptance criteria.
• The contract will be a firm fixed price contract awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
• The Government will review quotes in three phases: responsiveness, technical acceptance, and pricing.
• Quoters must provide a signed SF 1449, all pricing must be entered on each CLIN of the SF 1449, and the Quoter's Proposed Delivery Schedule must be filled out with delivery dates.
• The Technical Evaluation Matrix must be completely filled out.
• The quoter must be a 100% Total small business and have a current SAM.gov account and not currently excluded.
