E-Rate Cabling and Core Switches

The Gordon County School System is seeking proposals for the provision of E-Rate cabling and core switches. The project includes the installation of 43 fiber backbone replacement runs, 72 Cat 6 plenum rated cables, and two Meraki C9300X-24Y switches with 5-year licensing. The successful vendor will be responsible for delivering and installing the equipment, as well as providing any necessary maintenance and support. The proposal should include a detailed description of the vendor's qualifications and experience, as well as a breakdown of the costs and pricing for the equipment and services. • The project includes the installation of 43 fiber backbone replacement runs using 12 Strand OS2 SM Armored CMP Fiberoptic Cable. • The project includes the installation of 72 Cat 6 plenum rated cables with modular 24 port patch panels. • The project includes the provision of two Meraki C9300X-24Y switches with 5-year licensing. • The vendor must have a USAC SPIN# and use SPI billing. • The vendor must provide a State of Georgia Drug-Free Workplace certificate.
