RFQ Feria Southside: Event Management and Marketing/Communications

The City of Santa Fe’s Office of Economic Development is seeking qualified nonprofit or community-serving organizations to partner in delivering Feria Southside 2025–26, a cycle of community markets, workshops, and networking opportunities designed to support Hispanic and immigrant entrepreneurs. The City will award two separate agreements under this Request for Qualifications (RFQ): Event Management (up to $45,000) and Marketing & Communications (up to $30,000). The selected organizations will be expected to collaborate closely, share databases with the City of Santa Fe, and co-develop integrated event campaigns. The project aims to support three markets, two bilingual workshops, and one networking event between December 2025 and June 2026, as well as expand the City’s outreach through monthly newsletters and bilingual marketing campaigns. Some key areas of focus for the project include: • Supporting immigrant entrepreneurship and workforce development • Providing accessible childcare and education services • Facilitating transportation and housing solutions • Fostering a welcoming and inclusive community for immigrants The City's Strategic Plan for immigrant inclusion emphasizes the importance of creating a supportive ecosystem for immigrant workers and entrepreneurs, and this project is a key part of that effort.
