Description
The Chippewa Valley Schools is seeking bids for the replacement of a chiller at Shawnee Elementary School. The bid package, 17.2526B, includes the replacement of the existing chiller with a new one. Bidders must submit their proposals using the attached pricing form and signed by the bidder in a sealed envelope, including all affidavits. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract with Chippewa Valley Schools. The proposals must meet or exceed the specifications outlined in the bid documents.
• The bidder must provide a sworn and notarized Iran Linked Business disclosure and a Familial Relationship Disclosure Statement.
• The bidder must submit one original and one copy of the bid proposal form, bid pricing sheet, affidavits, and all required documentation.
• The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all items in the bid, to accept or reject any or all bids, or to award the contract to other than the lowest bidder.
