Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking bids for the renewal of Imprivata Enterprise Access Management with Single Sign-On and Authentication Management Premium Support. The contract is for a period of one year, from 5-28-2026 to 5-27-2027. The bidder must provide a complete bid package, including all required documentation and attachments, and meet the specified requirements. The evaluation and award will be based on the lowest total acceptable offer that meets the operating requirements of the using department.
• The bidder must be an authorized distributor/reseller/service provider for all products and services offered.
• The bidder must provide a letter of certification from the manufacturer or authorized distributor, dated within 90 days, confirming that the bidder is authorized to offer such products and/or perform such services.
• The bidder must meet the specified requirements, including providing Imprivata Enterprise Access Management with Single Sign-On and Authentication Management Premium Support.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, and directives.
• The bidder must provide a complete and accurate bid package, including all required documentation and attachments.
