Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources for HVAC ventilation survey services at the Erie VA Medical Center in Erie, PA. The services include quarterly and annual ventilation surveys across various areas, including clinical, reusable medical device storage, laboratory, and laundry areas. The contractor will be required to provide a complete report of the quarterly ventilation surveys, along with drawings, and perform testing annually for waste anesthetic gas monitoring, medical piping systems evaluation, and other tasks. The contractor must also comply with all applicable records management laws and regulations.
Some key aspects of the job include:
• Quarterly ventilation surveys in areas such as sterile processing, surgical suites, laboratory, and pharmacy
• Annual ventilation surveys for waste anesthetic gas monitoring and medical piping systems evaluation
• Providing a complete report of the quarterly ventilation surveys, along with drawings
• Complying with all applicable records management laws and regulations
• Maintaining all records created for Government use or delivered to the Government
• Ensuring the security and confidentiality of information, data, and records.
