Description
The Office of Administration - Division of Facilities Management, Design and Construction is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for the state-leased building located at 901 Progress Dr. in Farmington, Missouri. The contract period will be for one year, with the option to add or delete buildings and areas as needed. The vendor will be responsible for providing evening janitorial services, including daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual tasks, such as trash removal, floor cleaning, and restroom sanitizing. The vendor must have at least two years of experience providing janitorial services for office buildings with a minimum of 3,442 square feet.
Some key responsibilities include:
* Providing janitorial services for the total square feet of the building
* Performing daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual tasks as outlined in the contract
* Providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and labor to perform the services
* Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for the building and its occupants
* Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards for janitorial services.
