The Village of Dryden is accepting bids for the renovation of 1 West Main Street, Dryden, NY on behalf of a private developer. The project is funded, in part, through a New York Main Street Anchor grant. The renovation project for 1 West Main Street, Dryden, NY will include structural repairs, facade improvements, and upper floor residential renvotions. Sealed proposals shall be mailed or hand delivered to Thoma Development Consultants, the Village's grant administrator, by 5pm, Friday, July 3rd at 34 Tompkins Street, Cortland, NY 13045 or via email to [email protected]. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid conference shall be held at 1 West Main Street, Dryden, NY, at 3 pm local time, on Friday, June 12, 2026 for the purpose of considering bidder's questions and providing bidders an opportunity to tour and inspect the subject property.
