Description
Lenoir Community College is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified vendors to provide custodial and janitorial services for the Cosmetology/Esthetics/Manicurist Department on the main campus and satellite campuses in Jones and Greene counties. The successful vendor will be responsible for providing all equipment, accessories, chemicals, solvents, cleaning fluids, workwear, PPE, and other necessary supplies. The contract term is for one year, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms.
• The main campus requires overnight custodial services, beginning at 10:00 p.m.
• The Jones County Center requires part-time custodial services, Monday-Thursday, 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• The Greene County Center requires full-time custodial services, Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• The vendor must provide a contract manager and customer service point of contact.
• The vendor must submit a cost proposal, including pricing for each location.
• The vendor must comply with all instructions, terms, and conditions outlined in the RFP.
