Fire Sprinkler System Inspection and Repair Services at PEWARS

The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to provide fire sprinkler system inspection and repair services at PEWARS. The contractor will be responsible for inspecting and repairing existing wet-pipe fire sprinkler systems in Buildings N-104 and T-1002. The required tasks include NFPA Standard 25 five-year internal obstruction investigations, sprinkler head surveys, removal and submission of sprinkler heads for UL testing, and the repair or replacement of valves, gauges, pipe sections, hangers, water motor alarms, and related fire protection system components. The work must comply with various NFPA standards, ICC building codes, and OSHA regulations. • The contractor must comply with NFPA 25, NFPA 13, NFPA 72, NFPA 101, and applicable ICC building codes. • The contractor must also comply with OSHA regulations. • The contractor will be responsible for inspecting and repairing fire sprinkler systems in two buildings. • The contractor must submit sprinkler heads for UL testing. • The contractor must repair or replace various fire protection system components.
