Post-warranty Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services on a Bruker Biotyper MALDI Mass Spectrometer

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking a contractor to provide post-warranty preventive maintenance and repair services for a Bruker Biotyper MALDI Mass Spectrometer. The contractor will be required to provide two scheduled on-site planned preventive maintenance visits per year, unlimited on-site corrective maintenance/repairs, and technical support. The contract will be for a base year with two option years. The contractor must have experience in providing maintenance and repair services for similar equipment and must be able to provide OEM-certified replacement parts and technical support. • The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform the required maintenance and repair services. • The contractor will be required to provide a written report to the FDA COR and Contract Specialist summarizing all maintenance and repair activities. • The contractor must be able to provide technical support and training to FDA personnel as needed. • The contractor must be able to provide OEM-certified replacement parts and components. • The contractor must be able to provide unlimited on-site corrective maintenance/repairs within 2 business days of call for service.
