Tucson Water Lineshaft Pump Bowl Assemblies

The City of Tucson is seeking bids for the purchase of Lineshaft Pump Bowl Assemblies for use in the City's potable water system. The contract will be an annual requirements contract, and the City anticipates purchasing 12-24 pump bowl assemblies per year. Bidders must submit a performance curve for each of the three different gpm/Total Pump Head (TPH) combinations, and the bid must include all requested information. The City reserves the right to award the contract to one or multiple bidders. • The pump bowl assemblies must meet specific construction requirements, including being constructed for operation with an enclosed lineshaft and having a stainless steel shaft. • The assemblies must be delivered to the Tucson Water Hayden Udall Water Treatment facility. • The City will review fully documented requests for price adjustment after the contract has been in effect for one year. • The contract will include provisions for defective products, energy star compliance, and termination.
