Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking quotations for the production of 20,000 thank you cards and envelopes. The cards should be printed with PMS 273 blue ink and spot varnish, and the envelopes should be matching #6 baronial envelopes. The contractor will be responsible for creating or altering any necessary trapping, setting proper screen angles and screen frequency, and defining file output selection for the imaging device being utilized. The contractor will also be required to preflight the furnished file prior to image processing and produce laser output or other acceptable digital proofing of files prior to imaging production materials.
• The cards and envelopes should be delivered to the Jeffersonville Federal Center in Indiana by February 20, 2026.
• The contractor must notify the ordering agency on the same day that the product ships/delivers via email.
• The contractor must return the final production native application files (digital deliverables) with the furnished material.
• The contractor must certify that random copies were selected as directed using GPO Form 917-Certificate of Selection of Random Copies.
• The contractor must pack the cards and envelopes in accordance with the furnished label and ship them by traceable means.
