Intent to Single Source for Professional Development & Career Transition Course

The City of Tampa, Tampa Police Department, is seeking a professional development and career transition program designed specifically for law enforcement personnel. The program should provide resources and guidance for career planning, retirement preparation, personal and professional development, and the transition from law enforcement service to post-career opportunities. The course must include instruction and materials covering topics such as career planning, resume development, LinkedIn and professional branding strategies, interview preparation, and leadership and executive-level decision-making outside law enforcement. The course will be for a minimum of 25 students and a maximum of 40.
