Description
The City of Santa Fe is soliciting qualified firms to develop a complete, FAA‑compliant Airport Certification Manual (ACM) for Santa Fe Regional Airport, including associated Snow and Ice Control Plan (SICP) and Airport Emergency Plan (AEP). The contractor must have proven experience with FAA Part 139 airport certification documentation, rewrite existing manuals, and deliver both editable electronic files and PDF versions suitable for FAA review. The award will be based on price, responsiveness, and compliance; work cannot begin until a purchase order is issued.
• Deliver a full, professionally organized ACM that meets FAA AC 150/5210‑22 and Part 139 requirements.
• Include updated SICP and AEP sections.
• Provide editable electronic format and final PDF.
• Incorporate revisions after Airport and FAA review.
• Submit a single‑price quote by October 9, 2026 via OpenGov portal.
• No site visits or pre‑bid meetings required.
