The Cypress‑Fairbanks Independent School District (CFISD) is seeking a qualified, licensed commercial real‑estate broker to provide ongoing brokerage services on an as‑needed, annual basis. The selected firm will assist the district with the acquisition, disposition, lease negotiations, market analysis, and related advisory services for commercial properties owned or to be owned by the district.
