Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source - Thermo XRF Repair Services

The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) intends to award a sole source contract to Thermo Scientific Portable Analytical Instruments for repair services on their Thermo Scientific Niton XL3t analyzers. The analyzers are used to screen consumer products for lead and other elements of interest.
