Fuel Delivery Services

The City of Chula Vista is seeking competitive proposals from qualified and experienced individuals or firms for the provision of professional bulk fuel services. The selected contractor will be responsible for the procurement, transportation, and delivery of unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel. The contract will be for an initial term of three years, with two possible one-year extension options. The City is looking for a vendor that can provide reliable, timely, cost-effective, and emergency fuel delivery services. • The contractor must supply fuel products at pricing indexed to the Oil Price Information Service (OPIS). • The contractor must provide proof of liability and property damage insurance prior to performance of duties. • The contractor must comply with all Federal, State, and Local Laws, Ordinances, Regulations, and Statutes related to the performance of duties under this agreement.
