Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking a consultant to provide communications and public relations services to the Agricultural Commissioner/Weights and Measures Department. The consultant will assist in strengthening the department's countywide presence through community engagement and public education outreach via social media platforms, staff education, and training for ongoing content creation, design, and platform administration and maintenance. The contract is for 10 months, and the consultant must meet the minimum requirements specified in the scope of work.
• The consultant must provide monthly purchase order consulting services for communications/public relations.
• The consultant must assist the Agricultural Commissioner/Weights and Measures Department in strengthening its countywide presence.
• The consultant must provide community engagement and public education outreach services via social media platforms.
• The consultant must provide staff education and training for ongoing content creation, design, and platform administration and maintenance.
