ERP Modernization Strategy RFI

The State’s Department of Administration is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to identify a qualified consulting firm that can assess the current Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environment and develop a comprehensive modernization strategy. The engagement will involve evaluating existing ERP applications (HR, finance, procurement), identifying process improvements, recommending technology alternatives, outlining procurement options, creating risk management plans, and defining project management requirements.
