Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking quotations for the production of 1,500 patient discharge folders. The folders should have a finished folded size of 9 x 12" and be printed with 4-color process on 120# gloss-coated cover. The contractor will be required to perform an extensive check of the furnished media and publishing files to ensure correct output of the required reproduction image. The contractor must also notify the ordering agency and GPO via email on the same day that the product ships, providing all applicable tracking numbers, shipping method, and title.
Key requirements include:
• 4-color process printing on 120# gloss-coated cover
• Finished folded size of 9 x 12"
• 9 x 4.25" pocket on each side, secured with 3/4 x 4" concealed glue tabs
• Non-destructive tests and special inspection level S-2
• Compliance with JCP Paper Specification Standards and GPO Contract Terms
