Shop Towels and Mats (Re-Bid)

The City of El Paso is seeking bids for the provision of shop towels and mats. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The city reserves the right to adjust the schedule of events as necessary. Bidders must submit their bids on the prescribed form and provide all required documentation. The city may accept the lowest responsible and responsive bid based on the tabulation of any one, combination, or all of the base bid(s), alternate bid(s), and/or optional bid(s) based on the most advantageous project bid that is desired by the city department involved. • The city believes that the estimated quantities used in the bid are reasonably accurate, but the actual quantity may be more or less than the estimate. • The bidder must provide goods/services that meet or exceed the city's specifications. • The city reserves the right to conduct safety and capacity inspections of facilities, equipment, and staff prior to the award and periodically during the contract term. • The bidder must comply with the city's wage theft ordinance and provide certification regarding terrorist organizations and boycotting of Israel. • The bidder must also comply with the city's cone of silence/anti-lobbying policy and not engage in any lobbying activities during the cone of silence period.
