Annual Contract for Oil and Lubricants

Tarrant County is seeking bids to establish an annual contract for the purchase of oil and lubrication products for vehicles and equipment. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods. Bidders must provide products that meet current and updated American Petroleum Institute (API) and International Lubricants Standardization and Approval Committee (ILSAC) standards. The awarded vendor will be required to fill bulk tanks at various locations and provide pickup of empty drum size containers. • The contract requires bidders to submit specification sheets for each product with their bid response. • Reconditioned products are not acceptable. • There must be no deposit fee for product containers. • Vendors must provide order confirmation to the buyer that submits the order. • Delivery time is very important to Tarrant County, with emergency delivery within 48 hours and normal delivery within 5 business days.
