Golf Course Entrance Doors

The Town of Braintree is seeking quotes for the supply and installation of new bronze exterior doors with handicap operators, glass framing surrounds, and removal of existing exterior doors and framing at the Braintree Municipal Golf Course. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest total price for all specified goods and services. Some key points to note include: • The work is scheduled to begin in Spring 2026, with a desired completion date of July 31, 2026. • Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. • The contractor must maintain the work site in a safe and orderly fashion and is responsible for the proper securing of all items associated with the project. • The contractor must comply with the Massachusetts Building Code and obtain all required permits. • The Town reserves the right to cancel all or part of this solicitation and to reject in whole or part any and all proposals.
