Description
The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 12, intends to issue a sole-source contract to AGILITI HEALTH INC. for fusion biopsy equipment rental, disposables, and on-site technical support services for the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. The contract will be for one base year (12 months) and up to four option years. The required equipment and services include a high-precision, real-time MRI/Ultrasound fusion guidance system for prostate biopsy procedures, rental support services, and on-site technical support.
Key requirements include:
• Real-time MRI/US fusion with DICOM import of mpMRI images
• Organ-based tracking with ≤2 mm targeting accuracy
• Support for transperineal and transrectal biopsies
• DICOM/PACS integration and FDA clearance
• On-site training and full technical support
• Data encryption and sanitization per VA cybersecurity policy
