Description
The Pease Development Authority (PDA) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a four‑year lease of 100 new electric golf cars and 2 electric utility vehicles, each equipped with GPS fleet‑management and customer‑interface systems, plus full maintenance, winter‑storage, and optional daily rental services. The contract begins Jan 1 2025, with delivery of all vehicles required by Mar 1 2025, and payments made in six equal monthly installments each golf season (May‑Oct). Vendor must also supply warranty coverage for the entire lease term and meet specified insurance minimums.
• Supply 100 electric golf cars (2025‑model) with GPS tracking, touchscreen interfaces, and full accessories.
