Description
The State of South Carolina is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to create a statewide easement database project. The project aims to discover existing easements on state-owned properties and create a comprehensive database. The selected vendor will be responsible for completing the project within 4 months after contract award. The proposal should include a detailed methodology, experience with similar projects, resources, and a proposed timeline.
• The vendor should demonstrate the ability to implement services and/or functionality.
• The vendor should provide examples/demonstrations of previous project implementations to demonstrate proven performance.
• The vendor should include a proposed timeline outlining what work will be done and when.
• The vendor should demonstrate any additional features or offerings that were not part of the above but were included in the written proposal.
