Request for Proposal Janitorial Services

The Hall County Library System is seeking proposals for janitorial services for its six library branches. The contract will run from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The successful vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and labor to maintain a clean and healthy environment in the libraries. Key services include daily, weekly, and semi-annual cleaning tasks, as well as special event cleaning and emergency response. The vendor must also provide proof of liability insurance and worker's compensation insurance. • Daily tasks: cleaning restrooms, vacuuming and mopping floors, emptying trash, and dusting furniture • Weekly tasks: cleaning windows, dusting and polishing furniture, and cleaning entrance glass • Semi-annual tasks: deep cleaning of carpets, cleaning of air conditioning grills, and dusting of ceiling fans • Special event cleaning and emergency response • Provision of all necessary equipment and supplies • Proof of liability insurance and worker's compensation insurance
