The Executive Office of the Board of Supervisors is soliciting a qualified Consulting and Professional Services Master Agreement (CAPSMA) contractor to conduct a Due Diligence Review of the financial records of the Antelope Valley Fairgrounds Authority, the Antelope Valley Fair & Event Center, and the Antelope Valley Fair Association. The review is authorized by a Board Motion and will be performed by a qualified consultant. • The contractor will perform a comprehensive due diligence review of the financial records. • The review will be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Board Motion. • The contractor will provide a report of the review findings. • The contractor must submit responses to both the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and the Request for Services (RFS). • The required RFQ documents are attached for convenience.
