Description
The City of Flint (through the State of Michigan’s Division of Purchases & Supplies) is seeking a vendor to provide, install, and finish exterior and interior 3‑foot by 7‑foot doors and associated hardware for a two‑year period. The scope includes supply of door frames, hinges, locksets, door closers, continuous hinges, mortise cylinders, keys, and a hollow‑metal door, as well as painting to match the plant’s exterior color. The contract runs from July 1 2021 to June 30 2023 with an estimated total value of roughly $30 k.
• Supply and install 3’ × 7’ exterior doors with full hardware package (hinges, lockset keyed to plant standard, lever handle, door closer, threshold) and paint to plant color.
• Supply and install matching interior doors with identical hardware and finish.
• Provide specific hardware items: continuous hinge (part sl‑57HD), door closer (part P4041), mortise lockset (L9453L 03N, 626 finish), mortise cylinder (30‑001), keys, and additional hardware (SZ18‑4).
• Deliver and install a hollow‑metal door, including painting.
• Contract duration is two years, with a total bid amount reported at approximately $29,930.50.
