BTS On-Call RFP 2.0

The City of Portland, Bureau of Technology Services (BTS) is seeking proposals for various professional services (12 service categories) on an as-needed basis. The City may, but is not obligated to, award up to three (3) contracts per service category. These as-needed professional services are referred to as “on-call services,” and generally include work with short deadlines, scopes that may need to be developed quickly, and/or require expertise currently unavailable in-house. • The proposal includes 12 service categories, such as General Application Development, SAP Basis and System Support and Engineering, and Data Product & Platform Development. • The City requires a separate proposal for each of the categories proposed on (minimum of one, maximum of 12). • Proposals must be a minimum 11-point font with 1-inch margins and follow the format outlined in the RFP. • The City values diversity, advancing equity, and is dedicated to expanding economic opportunities by growing both the demand for and capacity of local contractors, including those owned by people of color and women.
