Aruba 6200 Network Switches - REPOSTED!

Metropolitan Community College is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide and deliver Aruba Edge Switches for various campus locations. The current inventory of network switches is at the end of life and no longer being supported, so newer, more reliable, and efficient equipment is needed. The bid includes the purchase of Aruba 6200M 48G CL4 PoE 4SFP+ Sw, Aruba X372 54VDC 680W PS, Aruba X751 FB Fan Tray, and HPE ANW Central Sw CL2 Fnd 1y E-STU. • The bid is for a one-time purchase, and MCC will issue a purchase order against this bid to the successful company. • The Purchase Order will serve as the Contract Document. • The successful vendor must list the Purchase Order number on each invoice. • The delivery of items is required by May 1, 2026. • The vendor shall notify MCC if shipment cannot be made as promised. • The time of proposed delivery must be stated in definite terms. • The vendor is responsible for protecting all MCC property, including but not limited to flooring, furniture, and equipment, in contracted work areas.
