Description
The City of Naperville is seeking bids for the replacement of a generator at the Southwest Waterworks. The project includes demolition and disposal of the existing generator, installation of a new generator, and completion of outdoor earthwork and sidewalk. The project also includes updates to the existing control panel and SCADA, as well as installation of new wires and conduits. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on November 5, 2025, at 1:00 pm, followed by a site visit.
• Demolition and disposal of existing standby generator and associated electrical cables
• Installation of new generator, concrete pad, and bollards outdoor
• Completion of outdoor earthwork and sidewalk
• Update existing control panel and SCADA
• Installation of new wires and conduits
• Arch Flash study and labeling of any modified panels
