Notice of Intent to Sole Source – Preventative Maintenance (PM) Service Contract

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking to award a sole source contract for a preventative maintenance service contract for the PEAK Genius XE SCI gas generator. The contract will be for a one-year base period with three option years. The service contract will include on-site preventative maintenance visits, breakdown repair service, and online technical support. The NIH has determined that Peak Scientific, Inc. is the only source reasonably available for this contract, as they are the manufacturer and sole provider of support and service for the gas generator.
