RFP 2026-007 Employee Health Benefit Services Addendum

The County of Webb is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive employee health benefits administration and related services for its self-funded benefit programs. The selected vendor(s) shall demonstrate the capability, experience, and financial strength to deliver high-quality services for the following components: ASO Medical, Stop Loss, Pharmacy, ASO Dental, and Vision plans. The proposal should include a thorough understanding of the terms and conditions, and the Respondent must be amenable to inclusion in a contract of any information provided. • Key services to be provided: ASO Medical, Stop Loss, Pharmacy, ASO Dental, and Vision plans • The County has included various reports, data sets, and supporting documentation to provide context regarding its employee health benefit programs and utilization • The selected vendor(s) will be required to demonstrate financial stability, organizational resources, and qualifications of key personnel • The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to waive informalities in the RFP process
